1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili89 ("jili89," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili89 platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jili89 website at jili89.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jili89, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jili89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of games and services on jili89, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jili89 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jili89 account, you agree to:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jili89 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jili89 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

By making a deposit on jili89, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method used to make the deposit.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jili89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdraw als will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method but jili89 aims to complete all verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.

jili89 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jili89 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jili89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions offered by jili89 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable across all jili89 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

jili89 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has violated the applicable bonus terms or these Terms generally.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jili89 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained hosts. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any player or third party.

By participating in any game on jili89, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All games involve an element of chance and there is no guaranteed outcome or guaranteed return.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jili89, whether under your own name or under any alias, fictitious identity, or the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili89 Platform — including but not limited to the jili89 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili89 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the jili89 Platform without prior written consent from jili89.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jili89 content.
• Use any jili89 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by jili89.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jili89 Platform on any other website or application without express written authorization.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jili89 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials available on the Platform.

The jili89 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili89 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jili89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure for cause, jili89 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may close your jili89 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

12 Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, jili89's server-side records shall constitute the primary and authoritative evidence of the game result. jili89's decision on game-related disputes shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
